Membership Trial Enrollment Notification

I have a membership with two tiers and they both offer a trial. I have a member who was in Tier 1 on a trial and then decided to upgrade to Tier 2 (still on a trial). I didn't receive any notification (not in the app and not via email). This information is valuable to me so that I know a member has upgraded and I can celebrate them and do what I need to do in the back office with that information BEFORE they become a paid member. This nurturing phase is VERY important!
