Messaging Tasks

I use HB as my support channel, and it's great!

But I'd REALLY like to have a task list (or even just a pinned bullet-list) for each direct message thread, so we can more easily track progress and what we agreed need to be completed.

Ideally I'd also be able to see ALL the tasks/bullets across my threads in an single place as well, but at the moment at least on each direct message as a list or pinned message would be fantastic.
