Mixed Offers - Upsell to non-members

I would like to have upsells for prospective members. I sell courses at a fixed price and a membership with a monthly price. When users buy my courses, I'd like to be able to suggest the membership on the sign up page - i.e. have two separate offers on the same sign up page, with different payment methods.
