Circle has the upper hand when it comes to onboarding because it allows us to ask questions with drop-down menus and checklists. It makes it easy for us to direct people to the next steps with workflows, rather than having to direct them to our secondary onboarding questionnaire or quiz.
Currently, it is very clunky and not as seamless as it could be, because the only thing people can do is write long answers. Sometimes, those answers are not exactly what we would want them to be, which is a bit of a shame.
