More formatting options and flexibility for Homework

I've started setting homework for my members and was frustrated to find that I had NO formatting options! I could even bold text or align it. Please add the same basic functionality as is present in other areas of Heartbeat.

Also, it doesn't allow to set more than one homework task! This would be a useful feature as sometimes there are multiple items that students need to submit.
