More options/flexibility for matchup preferences

• More options in terms of frequency

*Option to limit how users are paired (e.g. gender)

• Ability to add users to different pools and then to choose how these pools would be matched.

For example, I'd like to have pools depending of the tenure of the members and then choose to match people in pool 1 only with people in the same pool, but people in pool 2 with people in pool 3.
