Name your price should accept $0

Feature Requests

Currently, if I set up $0 as my baseline price for “Name Your Price”, it’s not possible for members to complete checkout.

On my other communities, I use a Woocommerce plugin called Name Your Price, which operates through Stripe and has a no-friction way to input any price including zero, in which case the person is able to bypass inputting payment information.

      hmmm.. it still seems broken to me? When I try to check out for $0, I have to put in my CC info and the button stalls on “Confirming…” and never resolves, even though the registration itself does go through (I get a confirmation email).

    Hi Tasha! This is actually a bug. I’ve reported the issue to our engineering team and will close this as a feature request as soon as the bug is patched.
