New Custom Sidebar Feature Requests

I love that we have the ability to change & add to our sidebar now, but have a couple requests:

1. ability to re-order the items in the sidebar
2. ability to limit access to people NOT in a group (use case: if someone has not purchased a product, I may want them to see a link to the sales page)
3. rename "community apps". I think this name may be a little confusing & it could be renamed "community sidebar" or something like that.
4. ability to have a 2nd level of (nested) links
