Note section in users profile
One big aspect I'm using heartbeat for is to nurture leads, it would be great if each user has "a profile" that only admin/moderators can see and edit/update.

Add a note to members profile (CRM feature)
I’d like to be able to add informations on my customers profile. A simple long text field would be great, a timestamped timeline for notes would be wonderful.
That would allow me, for instance, to keep track of a coaching or a conversation, to add some infos about paiement problems or customers inputs…

Not sure if this would help but I have a pretty extensive onboarding process (they are made aware of this before they even pay) and I have some questions in the onboarding that only I see and it doesn't go into their bio post. I use the info to see how they found our Academy, if someone referred them, and the most important thing they want to get out of our community. It helps as I plan for future content and see where leads are coming from.

Antonisha Polite Peoples: Good point and I do have that set up but not everyone would share authentically at first, especially since my community is mostly used for nurture (free), their goal is to get in at that point, they haven't paid, no skin in the game, they don't need to be specific and accurate with their answers. Once they are in and feel comfortable, they participate and engage, and I learn more about them, they even learn things about themselve, so it would be great to write my own thoughts the way I see it on their profile as a note that only I and my team can see. So when I talk to someone over DM I can view who they are and what I know about them. I currently do that in my CRM

Saif Al Rawahi: I agree that the notes section would be beneficial. I realized I didn't put this in my original post lol but what I do is in the Docs section, I have an Admin Only area where I keep notes. My community is a deep Bible Study community that is completely paid so the women are very open and vulnerable with their struggles and prayer requests. I write them down in my prayer journal so that I can pray for them, but I also keep notes in my admin section, especially when I see more long term needs, struggles, wins, etc. It helps me not try to remember all of this, especially as my community is growing, but I do still have those touch points with them.

Antonisha Polite Peoples: That's a great idea, I think it's managble when the community is at the beginning stages and paid. might become challenging as more people come in and/or have a free section.
