Notifications: Allow users to enable notifications by mechanism

Mobile/app, email, browser (i.e., maybe I want Thread notifications in email, but Event notifications on mobile), and display in a nice grid format (Events/Threads/etc as rows on the left. Mobile, web, desktop app as columns with checkboxes).

    Check out the new notifications update by clicking your name/pic in the bottom left corner, then going into the "Notifications" area. Notifications are now community-specific and you can customize by platform as well.
