Offer Pages Directly In Course Setup

I would love to be able to create an offer page for a course directly from the course instead of having to go to admin settings.

Right from the "edit course info" menu would be great. Same place that you can make it a paid offer. Right under that block could be the option to "create an offer page."

I want to be able to do everything I need to do for a course or paid offering from one screen.
