Onboarding video (flexible to be moved around in the onboarding setup)

Feature RequestsAdmin + Platform Customization

Hello everybody! I know the HB admins changed the video inside the onboarding setup to be at the end of the process to improve the completion rate. However, I would love to have the option to move the video around inside the setup.

In my community, the onboarding video is best to have at the beginning of the onboarding, so it's the first thing they see because we want to explain some important guidelines they need to consider when creating their profile.

If this could be customizable, it would be PERFECT. I hope you consider this as well, thank you so much.

Such a great suggestion, Maria! Fully support this. 🙌

This was also the only reason why I disabled the built-in onboarding video, because it didn't make any sense to include it at the end. In most cases, you'd want to have a bit of an appetizer that makes signing up more exciting.

But the risk of using vimeo separately, as I did, is that folks won't bother watching the video either. But if it's built-in into the process, it may be a much better experience.
