One-on-One Chat Link Feature Request

We need a one-on-one chat feature that allows us to send a dedicated link to members for exclusive communication with admin support. This link should be:

• Embeddable on websites or portals

• Accessible for members to use when direct support is needed

• Compatible with our mobile app

This feature would create a direct line of communication between members and administrative support, streamlining the customer service experience and providing personalized assistance when needed.
