On/Off Toggle Switches For New Features

When you add a new feature that impacts the look and/or functionality of a community can you spend a little more time and add an On/Off toggle switch so admins of communities can decide if they want that feature in their community or not?

Recent examples are "pick up where you left off" section in the courses tab and displaying total numbers of users rather than just those online.

Great features but they may not be suitable for all. Give us the choice.
