option to DM as well as Email matchup confirmation

It would be great if folks got a group DM initiated when they got matched up. E.g. a HB bot opening a group message between the 2 or three with whatever messaging we want so they can organize a time to meet.

Email only is tending to get lost especially when we rely on the app for most other alerts.
