Public and email-gated Resources show a "Join community" bar at the bottom of the reader, linking to the community's Default homepage. Today the only way to remove it is to clear the Default homepage, which hides it on every Resource and changes what logged-out visitors see on your custom domain.
Request: a per-Resource setting to hide the bar, so admins can use a Resource as a deliberate, non-sales entry point (for example an orientation read that leads to a separate email-gated or paid Resource) and decide themselves where and when to prompt visitors to join.
