+Vouch! Say I run an 8-week program and want to have an eagle-eye on those customers besides free community members who also DM me. I want a way to differentiate between paying customers and free members in my DM inbox. Dilemma: If a bunch of free members decided to DM me, it would mess up the DM inbox because I'd have difficulty knowing who's a paying customer vs. free customer. I intend on splitting the community between paying customers who have access to much more "locked content" vs. free users who have a dedicated open community free for all to join with a few channels, etc.
