Paid tickets on public events - Payment is unclear when RSVP'ing

I currently have public Events with a paid ticket option. When I test the RSVP flow in an incognito window (to simulate a public user experience), the payment fields do not appear at first. The RSVP process makes it look like users can register without any payment prompt, even though payment is required.

I would like it for the email & name to appear on the same screen as the payment info (all in one pop-up), or to display a visual indicator of progress ("Step 1 of 2") to make it clear that payment is needed to complete the RSVP process.
