Pop words and descriptions when hovering over text.

Is there a feature you can add please to text in documents or text in courses where if the student hovers their mouse over a specific word or phrase that is highlight, more meaning and description appears going into a deeper explanation. This way, we can keep text more uniformed and neat to read, but add depth and meaning with pop ups. Wikipedia has similar features and it makes the read much easier for the user.
