Private and Public Onboarding Questions and Description

It would be great if there was a way to customize the description prior to the onboarding questions and to be able to create a mix of private and public questions as well as different types of questions i.e. short form, drop down, check box, multiple choice, etc. Also, to specify to new members which questions will be private and which will be public and posted to a thread so they understand how their answers will be utilized.
