You can create promo codes for your events by creating them without offer restrictions! Try this by going to Settings > Revenue > Payments and create a promo code. Or, chat with Pulse and say “Create a promo code for x% off”.
When creating a promo code, leave the “Applicable Offers” input as “All offers”. This way, the promo code will work for your paid event.
