Public listing of all communities &/or courses

Idea from Shana A: it would be great to have a place on the Heartbeat website to look for more Heartbeat communities to join.

Comments from me:

Community managers would need a switch to toggle on by invitation link for whether or not to add it to the public community listing & they'd need to be able to add a title, description, & ideally a picture as well.

This could be positioned as a huge benefit to members to get more visibility on their free or paid community.

Kartra does something similar for member courses that have an affiliate program, where Kartra members can allow their products to be shown in a Kartra "marketplace". There's another marketplace where Kartra experts also can market their services related to the platform. You have to have a Kartra account to see any of this though.
