When I am searching in the directory, and I add a filter, what do the radio buttons mean when it says "have value" or "no value"?
Those radio buttons filter members based on whether they've filled in that particular profile field or not:
Has value — shows only members who have entered something in that field (e.g., they've set a location, added a bio, etc.)
No value — shows only members who have left that field blank
It's a quick way to find members who haven't completed certain parts of their profile, or to narrow your search to only those who have.

"Value" to me sounds like a monetary term and not a location term... HB may be using "Value" as a unit of measure or distance term. I think the radio buttons for the Location filter should be something like "Field Empty" and "Not Empty" ore "Includes Location"
That's great feedback! You're right — "has value" and "no value" are technical/developer terms that don't translate well to plain language, especially in a location context. Something like "Includes Location" and "No Location Set" (or your "Field Empty" / "Not Empty" suggestion) would be much clearer for everyday users.
