Reduce Heartbeat branding on emails & login

Goal is reduce/remove Heartbeat branding in the following areas so that individual community branding is more prominent:

• Weekly digest
• Invitation emails
• Notification emails
• Heartbeat login page (for custom domained communities)
• Heartbeat sign-up page (for custom domain-ed communities)
