Reduce Heartbeat branding on emails & login
Goal is reduce/remove Heartbeat branding in the following areas so that individual community branding is more prominent:
- Weekly digest
- Invitation emails
- Notification emails
- Heartbeat login page (for custom domained communities)
- Heartbeat sign-up page (for custom domain-ed communities)
Design mocks attached with custom colors generated based on the community set primary color

Why say this is complete when it is not and branding is still on the emails

I see this is marked as complete, but the Heartbeat signature is QUITE prominent in the weekly digest emails. It would be great if the signature was editable so I could put my name.
