Removed Heartbeat branding on desktop for all custom domain-ed communities. We've removed our logo & name from the favicons of the login, sign-up, and main application pages as well as removing "Heartbeat" from the page title for all custom domain-ed sites. (Quick reminder that custom domains are free for all communities in Heartbeat!) Heartbeat communities not using a custom domain will still see some Heartbeat branding on login/sign-in pages since we're using a templated page to server this to users (and we don't know which community they're trying to sign into with a custom domain).
