Remove deleted or edited posts from Activity list
I'm noticing that deleted comments show up in the activity notifications list. Also, if a person has edited their comment, the preview text still shows the old version. It may be the same for threads, but I haven't noticed.

I just noticed that deleted comments with my name tagged are being sent out in an email to me, so this needs to be accounted for as well. I don't know if an edited comment would send the original or edited version as an email notification. Definitely something to double-check.
