🤖 🛒 Abandoned cart Automation Workflow
It would be great to run an automated workflow for abandoned cart situations (send personalized email sequence, DM, pop-up, notification, etc), in order to debate possible objections with videos, frequent asked questions, etc. through personalized email sequence, DM, pop-up or notifications.

Follow up with leads that abandon invitation links using the new trigger in Heartbeat Workflows: On Sign Up Email Captured
This triggers when a potential member submits their email address on an invitation link. Once the member makes a purchase or joins the community, any actions that have not yet run will be cancelled.
Check out the new template using the trigger by going to Settings > Workflows > Create Workflow or start from scratch with your own campaign.
Right now, this trigger only fires for prospective members to your community.

While this isn't possible using Heartbeat Workflows, we do have a trigger for this on Zapier! You can check it out going to our Zapier integration page and finding the "Abandoned Invitation Link" trigger: https://zapier.com/apps/heartbeat/integrations
I'll keep this feature request up for an internal trigger :)

Any chance Heartbeat can incorporate this as a workflow in the future, to avoid depending on third-party apps?
🤔 From what I'm testing this only works for people who abandoned their cart using a specific invitation link (i.e. leads that clicked a button on an email marketing campaign or social media link)
Is this also possible for people who abandoned the checkout process within the community? (i.e. clicking an upsell locked space)
I really appreciate any help you can provide!

Hi Jason! You can currently trigger a Zapier with an "Abandoned Invitation Link", which triggers 4-hours after someone enters information at an invitation link but doesn't complete the onboarding process. Is this the functionality you're looking for.
