roles & groups made easy

as it stands, it is extremely confusing just to add a group to a member. It would be great if you don't reinvent the wheel with every feature. In Discord, you just click on the member and click on any role you want to give them, and Discord take care of all dependencies.

Over hear, I have to go to monitization, add their exemption, then go to manage groups add them and their email…… you get the point
