I absolutely need this. I tend to have events on days of the month, rather than dates, which requires the ability to schedule based on things like the 1st and 3rd Thursday. Otherwise, I have to enter each event individually.

Or to be able to tie the recurrence to a particular day of the month, which is what I am doing within my current FB community for our monthly online networking so that the day of the week changes and different people can access the networking depending on their circumstances.
