See user activity in an admin page

As admin, moderating activity is a bit difficult. I would like to see a page in the admin area where I can see the activity, read the comments, comment back from there, and delete from there if necessary. It's too much right now to try and read it in a side bar, then open the thread, then go back and find the place in the sidebar. The sidebar is great for a quick glance, but not useful as an admin.
