Affiliates can see their stats if they go to Settings > Affiliate Program. They can also copy their affiliate link or change their Paypal email from this page.
Going to edit this request to only include "Can I get a notification email when someone converts or cancels?” since that's not currently available :)

This should be a no-brainer. A portal for any affiliate to see where they are at is motivating. Especially if there is a leader board for any campaigns going on.
