Separate "active" and "paywall" members of a paying group

I'd like to send an email (workflow) only to the "active" members of a paid group (and not to the "paywall" members). More generally, I think it would be useful to be able to use different tags to separate active members of a paying group from members who haven't yet paid.

    Payments 2.0 is live! You can migrate your community by heading to Settings > Products.

    You can now clearly see what members are active or paywalled in your community in your Manage Members settings.

    Once you migrate, go to Settings > Manage Members to check out the newly organized member table!
