Separate markings (icons/tags/section) for "course-groups" & "other-groups" in the "My Groups" section of user dashboard

Users can easily identify groups as "course-group" or "general-group" if the list in "My Groups" section of user dashboard is accompanied with a distinct tag/icon/section (some visual representation for distinction).

    You can now see whether a group is paid, part of a tier, course, or unpaid on the Manage Groups screen!
