Show Maybe RSVPs separately from Yes in an Event's guest list and capacity count

When a member RSVPs Maybe to an Event, admins see them under Confirmed in the guest list, alongside everyone who RSVPed Yes. The count at the top of the Event page also adds Maybe responses in.

Capacity only counts Yes RSVPs, though. So an Event capped at 6 with 6 Yes and 1 Maybe shows as 7 / 6, and it looks like the Event is overbooked when it isn't. The CSV export doesn't show who said Yes and who said Maybe either.

What would help:

• A separate Maybe tab or label in the guest list, next to Confirmed and Declined

• A capacity count that only includes Yes responses, matching how capacity works

• The RSVP answer (Yes or Maybe) included in the guest list export

This would let admins see at a glance how many places are firmly taken, and know which Maybes to follow up with before the Event.
