(First of all, great updates on the new payments rework! ππΌ)
I don't know if this is possible, but I think it'd be great if we could turn on an option to show a messaging bubble at our own checkouts (similar to an Intercom chat) in which potential customers could chat directly with community Administrators, to ask us questions.
That chat feature could be the same as the one used inside the community, but separated from the rest.
β¬οΈ Community chats = conversations from members.
β¬οΈ Outside chats = conversations with potential customers at checkout (or even our own website if this could be embedded π)
It also would be great to include some FAQs in that bubble. Again, similar to an Intercom chat, but very basic: just for chatting and showing some frequently asked questions that could help eliminate objections for them to buy.
This "DM" feature in the checkout could increase conversions and help Heartbeat users sell more, without needing to use external tools and chat with current and potential customers in the same place. What do you think?
