starting of drips

We have cohorts where the users start at the same time. there are then zoom-events each week talking about the week. since the course starts, when a user enters the course, we have now th problem, that if a user enters 2 days too late, the drips also are two day late, and they don'T have all lessons at the same time as all other users. they also can miss some of the lessons before the zoom-call.

it should be able to either start the whole course at a specific datre/time, or to correct the start of the course for some users, so that all the users have the same lessons available at the same time, not depending on their finishing of the registrations - since some users might not be able to do this right before start, or even for example miss the first week.
