Structure "My Groups" page better

The "My Groups" page should show the group structure better with the main group listed above it's subgroups. 2nd picture is when I made the primary group unjoinable. I like the look of this. If the primary group were joinable, I'd want it listed above the subgroups with the subgroups indented a bit (instead of having the primary group name as their header).
