Tagged user can still see deleted comment in Android app

When a user is @mentioned in a comment and that comment is later deleted, the tagged user can still see it in certain views.

Steps to reproduce:

1. @mention a user in a comment on a post

2. Log in as the tagged user on Android

3. View the channel and locate the post (do not open it)

4. Delete the comment as the original author

5. Check the post card in the channel view

Result: Deleted comment still appears on the post card for the tagged user.
