Text formatting for replies

I have received feedback from community members that it would be helpful if they could format replies the same way they can posts. At the very least, adding the ability to put bullet point and numbered lists would help make it easier to improve readability of some posts.

In our community, it is common for replies to include things that would typically be formatted using lists and the current options aren't working. We can't even manually create a bullet pointed list because inserting spaces before a manually created • gets stripped away. For instance, if I have the first bullet point and want to add one below it that is indented 3 spaces, when it posts, those 3 indented spaces are removed, so the two bullets are perfectly aligned.
