The ability to move and merge threads between Channels.

If we have a thread in one channel that should be in another, we should have the ability to move them to the correct channel.

Additionally the ability to merge thread would help to keep duplicate threads to a minimum. This may happen with "breaking news" where many posts on the same topic come in within a short period of time.
