The only big missing feature on HB to be perfect: Ko-Fi, Patreon, Buy me a coffee type of open feed

I would like to have an Open / Public feed like we have on KO-FI, Patreon, Buy Me a coffee for instance.

To choose content open for the public or blurry for public but open for members..
