If this app could include a checklist (or integrate with Apps like Taskade) where you can allow users to create checklists based off of templates you create.

Custom Sidebar Slots

The ability to add a custom sidebar where you could have things like multiple doc spaces (named whatever you want) or just a basic page with html code so you could create a killer launch pad / landing space.

Kanban Board - Basic Kanban board like Trello with the ability to import Trello cards to it or into docs.

Public facing front end home page - Where people don't even have to login to see it, a 'group' or 'not logged in' user status that gives a preview of your site / community.
