Toggle Categories Private/Public

I would like to setup/plan out a new Category and it's respective channels with content - but I don't want it to be made public whilst I'm building it. I want to create it in 'draft' it's finished.

It would be great if we had the option to make a Category private just like we do with the Channels (public or private) which we can toggle on/off when we're ready to make it public.
