Translate checkout and onboarding into Spanish and other languages
Paying for a product and having the payment process be in a language that is not yours becomes complicated. Nobody is going to pay in a language that is not theirs.
About 2 years ago we asked for the translation of Heartbeat into Spanish and other languages, but at least to be able to sell products in our language.

Every piece of your member experience (buttons, emails, notifications, checkout flows, courses, events, search, settings, and more) now renders in your community's language. Set it once in General Settings. Your entire member experience updates instantly.
Five languages at launch: Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and German. English remains the default.
How it works
Go to General Settings and select your Community Language. All members see the translated UI instantly. Outside your community (login, landing pages, checkout), Heartbeat detects the visitor's browser language automatically. New members feel at home before they've joined.
Heads up: The admin dashboard is still in English for now. Your members get the full translated experience, but your side doesn't (yet). Admins see cases of English mixed with your community language.
Your content stays yours. Posts, lessons, docs, and events remain exactly as you wrote them. This update translates Heartbeat's UI, not your words.
Translation quality and adding languages
This is a big surface area. We've validated every string across all five languages, but real communities surface things that testing doesn't. If something looks off (a mistranslation, an awkward phrase, anything that doesn't feel right) reach out to us at support@heartbeat.chat.

I plan to use heartbeat for my courses, but as my audience is Spanish, not being able to translate thigs like "Next Lesson", or "Mark as complete" or "Nicely done…" is a deal breaker, because is a very poor experience for the non English-speakers.
Being able to translate these, or to remove them, would be a huge step for many of us to finally adopt heartbeat. Thanks!

Eduardo Blasco Yeah, it doesn’t seem to be their priority. It’s been 3 or 4 years since I bought several licenses and bet on them, and they’re still exactly the same with the language issue—only English exists for them. They don’t care about Europe or the rest of the communities and languages, because they aren’t making any progress. They marked it as 'planned' just to keep us quiet, but nothing—it’s been like that for over a year and a half. It’s a shame.

Alex Admin Such a pity! Cause for me is impossible to use without it. It is frustrating to have a nice product, and not being able to use it for this reason. And I agree with you; I have been waiting many months, thinking is was an "easy" feature to add, but it seems… it is not. I would appreciate from the developers more clarity about if it is something they are going to address in the very near future or not. So we can do an inform decision instead of waiting

Please translate into spanish!! It is one of the most spoken languages in the world!! I just sold a course to a big spanish speaking audience and the purchasing experience for the customer was poor to say the least.

@Nick Barba Months go by and there's no progress. It's frustrating not being able to use Heartbeat. After having the license for years, I honestly thought that by 2026 I'd be able to use other languages, but unfortunately that's not the case.

Hi @Nick Barba and @Murtaza Bambot A few days ago it was marked as planned, now it's open again. I feel like we're going backward, not forward. When will the rest of the world be able to use Heartbeat for a more globalized world?
Any hopeful news about multilingualism? Or is there no news on the horizon? It would be good to know so we can decide whether to abandon ship. We've been waiting for years; I think it's been long enough.
My community isn't progressing because you aren't progressing with the multilingual option.
