Turning off captions on videos or at least being able to edit them.
I would like an option to turn off the captions in the videos or at least be able to edit them as some words are incorrect. I can’t see where to do this.

Well, I'd set it globally—or for videos, if we're adding a video— just have a checkbox there, or check the “Turn on video captions” box in the control panel, and when adding a video, just check the box so that “Turn on video captions” is enabled by default—as an exception, so to speak. The problem is that the captions aren’t editable; they’re inserted automatically and look terrible. We’ve re-created the videos with captions already embedded; we simply burn the captions into the video using FFMP Captions so they look presentable. But on smartphones—the problem was that when people watch from a smartphone, these captions don’t appear at all. And when I play it on a computer, the captions do appear, but with white text on a black background, it looks very strange and awful. That’s the first issue. To get rid of this problem, I had to burn the captions directly into the video, but for users accessing the site from a computer, the captions still automatically start displaying, and there’s no option to simply turn them off permanently—or even just let the user click a button to turn them off.
If I click “Disable Captions” on a page, they turn back on on any other page I visit from then on. As a result, I have absolutely no control over this process. Please add more control to this feature so that it can actually be turned off. There should be one checkbox in the admin panel to disable captions. And a second checkbox when creating or uploading a video, so you can check the box to turn captions on or off. In general, ideally, you should replicate the caption behavior from Wistia, because it’s implemented very well there. And overall, when adding a video, it should be possible to go into the settings for that specific video and adjust the captions if you want to add them. The problem is that when I added a Wistia video, it doesn’t display on smartphones because Apple devices block external integrations, but your platform lacks this functionality or it’s very limited, so you’ll need to replicate this functionality for it to work. But so that the person managing the dashboard can reach out and somehow fix these captions—or disable them altogether—so that edits can be made, ensuring a good user experience from both the administrator’s and the user’s perspectives.
