"UNHIDE" the [Logout] Link

When using the Desktop App (or a Browser) to access Heartbeat,

the [Logout] link is too hidden away (see screencapture provided)

Please relocate the [Logout] link to a more accessible location

and away from the [Delete My Account] link, too. (scary!)
