Update Permalink Community Name When A Community Changes its Name
I noticed that the permalinks still carry the name of the community, as I had it set up when signing up. It is important to make the community's name change in the internal links/permalinks as well, if we change the name of the community in other settings.

For everyone that hasn’t run in this problem yet. It effectively ensures you can re-brand your community without issues at later stages.
