Upgrade Voice Transmissions

Hello Heartbeat team,

I wanted to flag an issue with audio playback in the app.

Whenever we play a voice transmission and then leave the app, the audio stops. Similarly, when the phone screen turns off, the playback also stops. This makes it difficult to listen seamlessly.

On most other apps, audio continues playing in the background or when the screen locks, so this would be a very helpful improvement for the user experience.

Could you please look into whether background playback can be supported?
