User profile edit by administrators

If a profile has an objectionable profile picture, bio, etc, the only recourse now seems to be to deactivate the same instead of hopping in and making adjustments to the profile.
In addition to giving administrators the ability to edit all user profiles (from the existing member listing dialogue in the admin section) it would be beneficial to make that a role-based permission assignable to other members of the moderating staff.
