Video in Thread Comments

I've attempted uploading a video from camera roll in a post comments and although it shows loading and posts, it doesn't actually post. I am finding that I need to upload to Berrycast or loom and share the link for someone to access the video. Maybe this is user error, but would love to be able to share short video clips from camera roll.
